St.Petes Beach, Sarasota, Desoto Park, Siesta Key, and more beautiful beaches including The wonderful island of Anna Maria with its glorious endless white beach are all within a 30 minute drive. There are more upscale shopping malls, wonderful golf courses, and Tampa (Bush Gardens) all within easy reach. Orlando (Disney World) is a 90 minute drive,
At the Villa the very private fully screened pool and lanai area offers spectacular views of the Lake and wonderful wildlife.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
The Villa is neutrally decorated, and is bright, cheerful and spacious. Furnished to the highest standards throughout, and is fully air-conditioned, plus ceiling fans and smoke detectors throughout the home for your safety.There is a child safety barrier for the pool if required.The landscaping and private pool are maintained to a high standard weekly.

FAMILY ROOM:
The family room is furnished with two matching three seater sofas, coffee table, side tables,table lamps, TV cabinet with 32 inch screen cable TV, DVD, VCR.With a selection of DVDs and VCR Movies. Sliding patio doors leading to the private pool and lanai area. Ceiling fan.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room is furnished with two matching love seats, coffee table, table lamps, wall units.There are playing cards, board games, and Jig-Saw puzzls to amuse! sliding patio doors leading to the private pool and lanai area.Ceiling fan.
There is also a Table tennis table, and darts, situated in the Garage, (if your feeling energetic!)

DINING ROOM:
Ideally located from the kichen area, six seater table and chairs, with over table light.

KITCHEN:
This spacious bright kitchen has a tiled floor, and is equipped to a high standard. Appliances include: Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge/freezer with ice maker, Garbage disposal,Coffeemaker, Toaster, Kettle,Juicer, Cutlery,Crockery, Utensils and Kitchenware, sliding Patio doors to the private pool and lanai area.

BREAKFAST ROOM:
Situated adjacent to the Kitchen with two large windows overlooking the Lake, a four seater table and chairs, with a hanging light over the table, Sliding patio doors lead to the private pool and lanai area. Infant high chair available.

Large washer and dryer, iron and board.

MASTER BEDROOM:
The Master bedroom has a king-size bed with headboard, matching dresser with mirror, night stands with lamps, 20 inch widescreen cable TV, Full length wall mirror, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, large window with very private aspect overlooking the Lake.

SECOND BEDROOM:
The second bedroom also has a King-size bed with headboard, matching Dresser with mirror,and night stands with bedside lamps, 20 inch cable TV,ceiling fan, closet.
Adjacent to family bathroom.

THIRD BEDROOM:
Two single beds with matching headboards and night stand, with bedside lamp. cable TV, plus Playstation 2, Game console. plus a selection of PS2 games for the kids to enjoy, closet, and ceiling fan.

FOURTH BEDROOM:
Two single beds with matching headboards and night stand, with bedside lamp, cable TV, closet, and ceiling fan. Infant crib available.

MASTER BATHROOM:
Bright and spacious. Comprises of dual sinks, separate bath, walk-in shower, Large wall mirror with decor lighting, shaver point, hairdryer, separate W.C.

FAMILY BATHROOM:
Comprises vanity unit, wall mirror with decor lighting, hairdryer, bath with shower,and toilet, ideally situated between the second and third bedrooms.

POOL AREA:
The private pool is fully screened, and overlooks the immense natural lake, which has a bird santuary island, ideal for wildlife enthusiasts. (There is a child safety screen if required)
The pool has an under-water light,(ideal for those late night swims) wide steps and a bench seat at one end.
The Lanai has an outside light,with fan, a 6 seater table and chairs for outside dining. Gas BBQ.
The sun deck has 4 sun loungers with 2 matching drinks tables.
On the opposite side of the pool deck is a Cafe table and chairs, with parasol,(great for morning coffee in the sun) Relax in the sun from Dawn till Dusk

GARAGE:
Fun for all the family with, Table Tennis, Darts and Arcade Basketball with digital scoring.
Beach chairs available for our guests.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your house to anyone. We landed on our feet. Its location looking out over the lake is spectacular and being able to watch the lovely sunsets was a real pleasure. The neighbourhood is quiet which was just what we were looking for - no early morning or late evening noise. The decor and furnishings are very comfortable - we loved the ice maker - it was used a lot. To be honest anything we went looking like an iron, hairdryer (my daughter not me) - everything was there. We were delighted to find you had a BBQ and spent many a pleasant evening eating out doors and enjoying the scenery. I must admit we were quite lazy while there. We only went to the beach a couple of times as the children preferred your pool. My youngest soon was like a fish - he spent many a happy hour swimming lengths and diving to the bottom. The table tennis table was used a fair bit too - it is a great asset. Your location is excellent - it was easy to find, following your directions and is in a lovely neighbourhood. We travelled up to Tampa a few times - the journey isnt far and the roads and signposts are excellent. We visited Citrus Mall and went to a baseball game in Tropicana Fields. Both were easily accessible from your house - only a relative short spin. The information you already have on file is very useful - we used it a lot. Our faviourite meals out would have been in Gios and Outback Steakhouse. We found another really good restaurant too - called Acapulco. They serve Mexican food which is really good. It is down off the 64 (similar to going to Outback) however instead of heading right when you come off the interstate you turn left - it is down about a five minute drive on the right hand side in a big shopping mall which has a Publix in it too. I believe they sometimes have live music there but it wasnt on the night we went. Your accessibility to Ellenton Outlet was great - when I needed some time out to myself I used to go there on my own and wander about - sometimes window shopping - more often than not purchasing! Johnny (husband) and Alan (youngest) played golf on the course just down the road from you. They must have enjoyed it as they went back several times. All in all we had a great time and are sorry to be home. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your house to anyone.
