How do I get my property listed on First Choice Vacation Homes?
Listing your property with us is simple. All that we ask is that you register a few details with us first. The registration process is a simple yet effective way of putting off spam advertisers.
Once you have registered with us you may advertise as many properties as you wish. We have assembled a step-by-step guide on how to list your property here.
The region/city/town of my property is not listed on your website?
We try to list the most popular vacation destinations, but from time to time new locations need to be added to satisfy our owners.
We do ask that you consider your property location carefully. If it is just on the outskirts of a listed region/city/town we ask that you list your property within that location. We also offer a location map facility, where you can accurately pinpoint the location of your property.
If however you feel we should add the location of your property, please email us.
I've amended my property but it doesn't seem to have changed!
Most changes on FCVH can take up to 1 hour to propagate around the entire system. This is to improve the speed and efficiency of the website.
Most likely your changes have been made correctly, please check back later and verify that they have.

What are Sponsored Listings?
Whenever you search for properties on First Choice Vacation Homes, you will come across Sponsored Listings. These are simply high visibility listings, where the owner has decided to increase the exposure of his/her property. Sponsored Listings have a green title, and appear at the top of every search (so long as they fit the criteria searched for).
Sponsored Listings are also permanently visible on the left side all pages on First Choice Vacation Homes. These are selected at random and different listings are displayed throughout the day.
What is an Availability Calendar?
The Availability Calendar symbol can be seen on some listings. As you might expect, by clicking on this symbol the availability calendar for the property will be displayed.
What is a Website Link?
The Website Link symbol can be seen on some listings. This is usually because the owner of the property has a more detailed description of their property on another website. As you might expect, by clicking on this symbol you will be taken to the owner's specified website.
How do I change Currency?
The Currency symbols are always visible on the right hand side of all pages on the website. By clicking on a chosen currency, all prices on the website will be instantly converted to your selected currency, using the latest exchange rates.
How do I amend my property once its listed?
You can amend your property quickly and simply by logging in with your email address and password, and accessing the 'Owners' section.
